  1. So I have a question, feel free to answer….when the game first launched my main was orochi…but after hearing all the complaints about the orochis being broken, I switched to kensei…is the kensei a fair character to use or should I switch to another?

  2. To put this in terms that can be undoubtedly sound. Hito is quite balanced compared to a lot of characters. She has an early hyper heavy that's easily punishable by baiting and parrying or outmatch it in damage because hers is quite mediocre. She has a bash that does have variable timings but that is also easily punishable by recognizing her animation. If her foot leaves the ground, you dodge because then she cannot cancel the bash any longer. Hito also has really slow bashes compared to the majority of the game's characters. Now you can say she pulls off damage easily through the bash, but if you dodge the bash you can easily do much worse to her than 30 damage depending on the character. She has a sweep that is also quite easily punishable especially the fact that she can only pull off a light while you can pull off a lot more if you dodge it correctly. She has a charged heavy that is honestly one of the highest risk and lowest reward moves in the game. She charges a heavy that is disgustingly slow and worst of all can be countered in multiple ways. You can throw 3 heavies in before her 40 damage heavy even gets in, which with some characters, that's just plain dead. You can guard break in between the charge, which is ridiculous because of how much time you have to do it. And of course, you can always wait for the attack and parry. Now with all these pretty simple counters to some of her most used and obnoxious moves, don't you think she's more fair than Warden who cancel mid bash for a practically guaranteed guard break? Don't you think while Hito is given 40 off of the slowest attack in the game Raider can do triple that damage in 3 moves that are a high reward and low risk? Don't you think it's unfair that Shugoki has early hyper armor on all attacks with more damage and has A LOT more health than Hito? There are so many other characters with moves or just straight up chains that are entirely unfair? Examples of this would be Jiang Jun, Nuxia, Conqueror, Valkyrie, Beserker, and of course Raider and Shugoki. Hito is such a minuscule problem compared to all these characters who are either given too many components to be called just kind of class or are just given certain abilities that allows players to grossly use them to their advantage. I think if any changes are to be made to Hito, change her opener lights to 17 or 16 and her finisher lights to 18, because of how reliable her lights are, some players choose to spam and it's just nasty. Ubisoft please please see this and make more changes to her damage or charged heavy speeds and not her hyper armor. People just don't see how fair she is because of this aggressive meta you guys have pushed for so long. Hito is an obvious counter to anyone who wildly throws attacks at random but people don't see that and call her OP. Please Ubi, don't nerf the only fun and balanced character to come out since Lawbringer.
